A Marion man was charged with drug possession during a traffic stop on Eagle Way in Hopkinsville Friday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Richard Hardin for a severely cracked windshield, and during the stop, his behavior and criminal history led to a drug investigation.
Meth, THC edibles, and prescription medication identified as a controlled substance were reportedly located.
Hardin was arrested and charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, and obstructed vision and/or windshield.
