As part of National Small Business Week, the Hopkinsville Small Business Commission is inviting local business owners to take part in two special listening sessions designed to foster connection, creativity and community feedback.
The sessions will be held at 5 PM Tuesday, April 29, and at noon Thursday, May 8, at the Hopkinsville Municipal Building’s Council Conference Room.
Each event will feature a 30-minute open forum where local entrepreneurs can share what’s working—and what’s not—when it comes to starting or growing a business in Hopkinsville.
Afterward, attendees can participate in a free 30-minute marketing workshop titled “Marketing Outside the Box,” led by Kacie Bryant of LOCAL in My City. The session promises practical strategies for reaching new customers and standing out in a crowded market.
SBC Representative Diane Turner said these sessions are “more than a check-in — they’re a chance to celebrate wins, identify challenges, and spark ideas that help move Hopkinsville’s business community forward.”
Local business owners, entrepreneurs, and franchisees are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
To RSVP, contact Turner at (270) 890-0215 or diane.turner@h-ky.us.
