Graveside memorial services will be held at a later date for 62-year-old Deborah Taylor Turner, of Cadiz.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Two sons, Tony Turner (Ashley), of Saluda, South Carolina, and Christopher Turner (Beth), of Yulee, Florida;
A sister, Deloris Ann Johnson, of Jonesboro, Georgia;
And seven grandchildren, Brittney Turner, of Saluda, South Carolina, Tabatha Beckum, of Saluda, South Carolina, Noah Beckum, of Saluda, Chase Turner, of Yulee, Florida, Meredith Turner, of Yulee, Florida, Owen Turner, of Yulee, Florida, and Eden Turner, of Yulee, Florida.
She was born May 24, 1962, in Cadiz, to the late William Herschel Taylor and Edna Holt Merrick Taylor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Taylor and Kidell Taylor.
She died Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
She was a member of the Cadiz United Methodist Church. She had worked for years at the Cadiz Restaurant, the Lake Barkley Marina and was a homemaker. Her hobbies included sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and loved her little dog, Sassy.
