An Oak Grove woman was charged with criminal abuse after two children were found home alone Monday night.
Oak Grove Police say they found a 3-year-old and a 2-year-old home alone and 27-year-old Britteney Upton claimed she left them there while she was shopping.
After an investigation involving, The Department for Community-Based Services Upton was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal abuse.
