Trigg County Judge Executive Stan Humphries says in the future potential buyers of the spec building in Interstate Park will need to have more skin in the game.
Humphries says after the county was notified the day after the election that the potential buyer of the 100,000 square foot spec building was no longer interested they have decided to ask future prospects to make a more solid commitment.
