The Trigg County Agriculture Committee is reminding any farm owners in the county to apply for recognition as a multi-generation farm if they qualify.
Trigg County Cooperative Extension Agent for Agriculture Graham Cofield says the recognition is part of the Bicentennial Celebration.
Cofield says the response has been good so far.
He adds the form is easy to complete.
Cofield says many of the forms he has received contain some interesting information.
The Trigg County Agriculture Committee will join with Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles in recognizing multi-generation farms at the Trigg County Agriculture Appreciation Dinner Monday, March 16, at the Trigg County Recreation Complex Convention Center.
